You and your job  

As a Business Manager within Tech Domain Housing you will join one of the most dynamic tribes of the bank. Tech Domain Housing – in the Tribe Housing - is responsible for IT activities necessary to provide future proof tech solutions for enabling financially healthy and sustainable living .  

Sink your teeth in strategic issues of Rabobank’s IT organization for Mortgages, Special Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Sustainable living , IT4IT and Data . You’ll help succeed a dynamic and diverse team with a can-do mentality that focuses on delivering the right answer on strategic questions which directly contribute to the ambitions and strategic goals of the bank. You’ll work on a broad range of urgent topics , characterized by complex problems related to digital and IT.  

You will join in three teams which are interrelated. First of all you will be part of the management team of the Tech Domain , secondly you will take part in the business manager community in Retail NL Tech - responsible for supporting and advising the management team of Retail NL Tech - and last but not least you will work very closely together with the business enablement team of the Tribe Housing. With (project) management talent, communicative skills and organ i sational sensitivity you get the best out of collaborations with others.

Top 3 responsibilities  

On behalf and as part of the MT of Tech Domain Housing :  

• Take the lead from day one on cross Tech/Tribe/Area projects and create clear and compelling storylines, workshops and presentations tailored to stakeholders’ needs  

• Structure issues and advise on content as well as on methodology with your strong analytical skills  

• Provide insight on the progress of Tech Domain Housing most important change topics allowing for monitoring and steering by senior Tech Management

You and your talent  

• At least 3 year s working experience in a consulting, business development or IT environment.  

• Affinity with IT, digital and Agile way-of-working  

• Analytic and strategic thinker that gathers input from different stakeholders , structures issues and creates valuable insights for senior management.  

• Comfortable discussing with or presenting to senior management.  

• P assion to drive change & execution.  

• Strong stakeholder management skills  

• E xcellent at perceiving needs  

• K een to lear n  

• Fluent in Dutch and English  

This is what we offer you  

• From 3.959, - up to 6.741,- gross per month (s cale 9-10 ) depend ing on knowledge and experience  

• t hirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance ;  

• an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.  

• a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-  

• a personal development budget of € 1,400-  

• a combination of working from home and at the office  

• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport  

• a pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5.5% (based on your personal preference)  

• 151.2 hours holiday per year including 1 Diversity Day per year
