Imagine… You take on responsibility for the Customer Due Diligence change infrastructure of the bank and by doing so support the Wholesale and Rural business lines in the execution of their CDD processes. As Change & Implementation Manager you are responsible for managing and implementing the Client Onboarding business change processes from a Global perspective and to ensure demands of various internal stakeholders are met. You act as a discussion partner and advisor for senior management and stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment. 
 

Making a difference 

  • Responsible for helping to manage the change processes for the CDD framework
  • Managing, coordinating and supporting the execution of the CDD changes in the business and supporting systems, tooling and processes
  • Be the linking pin between key stakeholders and the W&R FEC Centre  
  • Translate strategic initiatives to tactical and operational solutions
  • Implement the tactical and operational CDD changes in the business and supporting systems, tooling and processes together with key stakeholders in the WRR locations
  • Assess the impact of, and coordinate a preferred approach to operational and tactical changes on the Client Onboarding process
  • Coordinate and align implementation with key stakeholders from Business, Operations and Compliance
  • Assist the team with change initiatives, process assessments and end-to-end process improvements, also together with the regions
  • Aligning operational excellence initiatives with the regions as part of BAU activities

The FEC Centre is a new organisation within the COO domain. Its purpose is to ensure all employees in the FEC domain are sufficiently equipped for their job to create an efficient and innovative processes.   • Academic level of thinking and working
  • International experience within W&R, preferably in the CDD domain
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for financial sector
  • Execution power (managing change and implementation)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with Lean and Agile way or working
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong and informal leadership style focused on motivation, innovation, credibility, delegation and facilitation
