Helping clients hedge their risk, where we make sure that all trade details are processed & confirmed between both parties; processing an average of 2,000 transactions a month.

You and your job

Imagine you will become an expert within Rabobank Financial Markets Services (FMS) organisation who will be responsible for the processing of derivative transactions across the Rabobank Organisation.

• You will understand all compliance requirements related to the timely processing of derivatives related information and confirmations.
• You keep an eye open for spotting improvement opportunities and are able to collaborate with all the various stakeholders involved in this process.
• You are the stress-resistant person that we are looking for who can also ensure the integrity and accuracy of the confirmation process when the pressure is on.

• Job position is for 36/40 hours per week;
• Documentation & Trade Processing team processes approximately 2,000 transactions per month;

Top 3 responsibilities

• Draft, dispatch, monitor and match confirmations within a timely manner;
• Booking of complex derivative trades & performing fixings in back office systems;
• Investigate breaks caused by incorrect payments.

On a daily base, you will be dealing with confirmation/documentation related customer queries, booking captures, settlement breaks and working procedures & controls.

The 15 people in the Documentation & Trade Processing team operating from our head office Utrecht supports Markets and Treasury activities globally by being expert advisors on all derivative processing and confirmation related issues. You and your talent

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience;
• 3+ years of work experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Affinity with Financial Markets and products

We expect you to be:

• A team player;
• Fluent in English and either Dutch -or- Portuguese;
• Flexible and motivated.

Experience and understanding of Operation Process workflows, a good reputation within the Rabobank organization could be an asset. We expect you to complete all mandatory e-learnings and certify for ACI Operations within 12 months.
