Learning & Training Professional for Security Behaviour, Awareness & Learning

We are looking for a passionate Learning & Training professional to join the Security Behaviour, Awareness & Learning team.

You become enthusiastic when you develop interventions that go beyond knowledge sharing. With you as an ambassador, we increase the resilience of all our Rabobank colleagues, whether we engage on dilemmas for DevOps teams, create a ‘Booster Session’ for Privileged Users or design masterclasses for senior management

Top 3 responsibilities

• Co-create and execute global training &  learning material on  Cyber Security, IT Risk and Business Continuity within the bank. 
• Advise and collaborate with operational IT teams globally on IT Risk, Cyber security and Business continuity 
• Finding an optimal balance between risk mitigation and cost effectiveness.

Within the Learning, Drills & Awareness team you will work closely with motivated (senior) professionals in general and specific with our Security & IT Risk Learning & Training specialist, Mark Blaauw. Our team consists of 7fte and is part of the Chapter Security & In Control. Working together is the way we work; as 1 effective team at Rabobank. • Academic background or higher education; 
• A minimum of 3-year working experience in fields related to Learning & Training in Security & IT Risk.  
• Pro-active attitude with strong communication- and presentation skills 
• Focus on innovation and continuous improvement using Metrics and/or Data 
• Ability to translate complex subjects into actionable solutions  
• Knowledge of and experience with project management and an Agile/DevOps way of working  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (preferable) 

This is what we offer you  

• A gross monthly salary between €3.959 and  €5.655 (scale 9) 
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance 
• An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out. 
• A personal development budget of € 1,400- 
• A combination of working from home and at the office, Rabo@Anywhere 
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 5.5%
