We do this by providing training programs for our FEC staff around the world (approximately 2000 people in 6 regions).

The learner is at the centre of everything we build. The CDD Learning Expert ensures that the CDD policy is accompanied by an up-to-date training curriculum and assists in the development of training material for team members within the CDD process. Your role will be to further strengthen the CDD knowledge and skills across the W&R regions and business lines. By offering a wide range of learning solutions in different set-ups, we encourage autonomy and provide the possibility to shape individual learning paths, focusing on optimal learning outcomes for the different learning preferences. This role is suitable for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, who does not hesitate to think outside of the box, and someone who enjoys working with various stakeholders globally.

Practical Examples

• Translating FEC Policy and procedures into global training.
• Writing and maintaining (updating) content for global training.
• Building training material in Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
• Providing live or online training to team members within the CDD Process.

You will work in a diverse team of 5-7 learning professionals consisting of Learning Leads, Learning Experts, and Project Managers. Our W&R FEC Learning Team is part of a department consisting of several teams, with each team having its own focus in supporting our regions in numerous ways.

Your main responsibilities as a CDD Learning Expert will include

• Creating and maintaining the content of the global training curriculum for the CDD process and other regulatory assessments.
• Working and aligning with stakeholders from the regions and several business lines.
• Acting as a centre of expertise in CDD on content related questions.
• Reporting on project status to assist with forecasting and planning.
• Contributing to the ongoing development of our FEC Learning Academy.
  
  You and your talent
• Academic level of thinking and working with 2-5 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in an international (wholesale) environment in the CDD domain;
• Knowledge of relevant FEC laws and regulations for the financial sector;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Experience in the learning and development area, especially understanding of various training methods;
• Experience guiding and working with subject matter experts (SME’s), instructional designers and creative teams to design and develop everything from individual e-learnings, video learnings, interactive animated videos, infographics to classroom courses;
• Ability to manage competing priorities and plan own work effectively and efficiently;
• Have good communication, stakeholder, time management and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.

This is what we offer you 

• A gross monthly salary between € 3.959,74 - € 5.655,50 gross per month (scale 9). 
• An Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout. 
• A thirteenth month and holiday pay. 
• Flexible working times and location-independent working (within the Netherlands).
