You & your function

As an IT Auditor you focus on Innovation & Technology. You contribute to achieving the banks’ objectives and improving the risk and control awareness of the bank by carrying out risk assessments and internal audits. But you do much more than that. Rabobank is quickly becoming a completely digital bank. It is crucial that key risk are assessed and managed. As IT plays a crucial part your knowledge and expertise is key.

You assess the most material risks in vital and complex areas of the Bank, and provide advice and assurance to Management and other stakeholders of the Bank. You also work with other (global) Audit teams, and have a lot of freedom to determine the best way to achieve solutions.

  • Conducting high-quality IT audits and other investigations together with your colleagues to create valuable insights.
  • Being a professional sparring partner of Senior Management by keeping informed of all developments within your domain.

You & your talent

  • Academic level (Master degree) working and thinking skills; 
  • Good IT Technical knowledge and / or background;
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in or affinity with IT (audit)
  • RE or CISA, CISM, CCSP title and work experience as an (internal) auditor is required
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English language, spoken and written.

Furthermore, the following competences fit your profile:

  • Solution- and advice-oriented; be able to translate complex analysis in the field of IT into opportunities for improvement
  • Good organizational sensitivity, to understand well the needs of senior stakeholders and act accordingly
  • Independent thinker and the ability to coop with any resistance

This is what we offer you

  • A great salary, gross annual salary between 60,000 EUR and 120,000 EUR including all benefits stated below (13th month, hoiday pay and extra allowance). Final grading depends on experience and seniority
  • Minimum 158.4 hours of leave per year + 1 Diversity Day
  • Flexible working hours, where we offer you 32-40 hours per week
  • Extra allowance of 10-11% of your gross monthly salary that you can spend as you wish. Buy extra vacation days, add to your pension or have the allowance paid out.
  • An annual training budget 1,400 EUR to spend on your personal development
  • With Rabo@anywhere we offer you flexible working hours and location-independent working. Determine the right combination of working at home and in the office for you.
