You and your future
During this Young Professional Program at Rabobank you work on your career by gaining an understanding on how auditing works . With that in mind you and your colleagues will evaluate business processes, products , IT, etcetera. The goal is to have an opinion if this is organized in such a way that the bank can achieve its goals . And then? A fter 18 months you will have become an auditor, got to know the bank and, moreover, got to know yourself.
Audit is all about being the eyes and ears of the Rabobank supervisory board. In just 18 months, Young Professionals learn the fine points of Rabobank's Audit work inside and out. Contributing and collaborating within the program provides you a broad view of our activities. Participants will specialize in the area that fits best with their ambitions and wishes. In addition to regular work, Young Professionals work on projects and their personal development. Participating in social and networking activities with other Young Professionals also helps prepare participants for the next step of their career.
Practical Examples
As an innovative game-changer , your new ideas help you, a Young Professional, to contribute to helping the organization to take calculated and informed risks . You'll instantly be given responsibility.
You'll share these responsibilities with your colleagues like audit professionals and members of different departments.
Our Audit Young Professional Program provides an opportunity to become an expert in Audit at Rabobank in 18 months.

Your development as a young professional
To become the specialist in your professional field, in the first 18 months you mainly learn by training-on-the-job. Another important element is attend ing training courses that relate directly to your specialism and that support your talent development. The courses are often given by experienced colleagues or trainers with a track record .
You build your network, gain valuable experience and develop skills which will be of use to you later in your career. We also challenge you and other young professionals and trainees to work on various cases and challenges one day a week.

Development is our top priority. Because the best way to learn is by doing, through mistakes and successes. At Audit Rabobank we offer you the right balance between freedom and supervision. To develop talents you never thought you possessed . To specialize in a professional field as auditing or explore the things you're good at and enjoy doing. During your Young Professional Program you can count on us for excellent supervision. You'll work with experienced colleagues and have lots of contact with young professionals.

You and your talent
A M aster's degree in IT, Computer Sciences , Quantitative Finance, Business Analytics/Quantitative Marketing , or Finance & Audit;
Approximately 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience;
You currently live in the Netherlands;
An excellent command of the English language;
You have a tangible interest in one or more of the following: organizational culture and behaviour, processes, data analytics, risk management, development and security .

This is what we offer you
€ 3. 357 , 12 gross per month
A 13th month's salary and vacation pay;
An Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly salary). Employees may use this budget at their own discretion. For example, the EBB can be used to buy extra vacation days or to make an additional deposit in your retirement fund. Employees can also opt to have the EBB paid out to them as part of their monthly salary;
a budget of € 750,- to set up your home working space , a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40,- , and a monthly internet allowance of € 40,-

After cv selection the selection procedure consists of an assessment (personality and intelligence test), and two interview rounds . The first interview will be digital, and the final interview will be live at our office in Utrecht.
