Within ABN AMRO we are looking for an architect who acts as a bridge between Enterprise Architecture and our CIO Wealth Management & Corporate Banking. You will be a trusted advisor to various stakeholders. On a daily basis you work together inside and outside your team with various (enterprise) architects, product owners and members of the Wealth Management & Corporate Banking Management Team.

Your job

As an architect within Technology Services, you are responsible to support architectural changes to the IT landscape on the level of the CIO Wealth Management & Corporate Banking (WM&CB) so that the business can serve our customers perfectly. You are the go-to sparring partner for the Management Team for architectural topics. The complexity of this function lies in being the bridge between Enterprise Architecture and the CIO WM&CB. You help shape the Future State Architecture, Standards and Guidelines on behalf of the CIO by reviewing the proposals, collecting input from several stakeholders and constructively providing feedback. Additionally you support the Domain Architects belonging to the CIO, with in-depth knowledge of the approved Future State Architectures, Standards and Guidelines provided by Enterprise Architecture while also overseeing the quality of the architecture.
You have knowledge of and help further improve the process of architecture development and control. You are focused on long-term thinking while helping create the roadmap for our CIO to work towards our Future State Architecture. In general, you play an important role in implementing the IT strategy of the bank.

Your profile

We are looking for an Architect who has strong knowledge of both IT and business. You have in-depth knowledge of the relevant applications, how they contribute to fulfilling the business requirements and of the ABN AMRO Architecture.

• You are able to oversee a complex stakeholder landscape and are seen as a trusted partner.
