For this assignment you’ll join the IT Grid – Market Infrastructure team of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank.

Our goal is to make sure we have secure, reliable and properly working IT environment for our internal and external business stakeholders. To fulfil this objective whilst the world around us is constantly changing, we must keep a continuous eye on improvements and innovation.

Intern will be given the opportunity to learn about Clearing from different viewpoints, giving you a career advantage. You will work on current projects and develop an understanding of our culture, methods and systems by collaborating with a broad range of colleagues. Your activities include;

• Agile way of working - daily stand-ups to discuss impediments, participate in sprint reviews

We are the team within ABN AMRO Clearing which receives trading data from exchanges/ Central Clearing Parties (CCPs), process them and send it to rest of the Clearing teams. We are the first line of the data process within Clearing.

We are team of ~20 people with wide variety of backgrounds, have more than ~10 different nationalities within team. Average age is early 30s. Team is fun and enjoys working together. We have regular team events and drinks.

Hard skills & soft skills needed to succeed in the job

• You are a HBO or WO student
• Your studies are related to Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or any other related degree
• You have an affinity with IT or Fintech
• You are able to start 1st June 2023 (flexible)
• You are registered at the college/university for the whole duration of the internship
• You are available for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 9 months
