During this internship at Rabobank, you will actively work on your career by supporting colleagues within the Operational Support team of Tribe Credit Analytics. You do this by supporting your colleagues of the Operational Support team within the Strategy Expertise Centre (SEC) of Tribe Credit Analytics.
SEC focuses on planning, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into concrete actions and results. SEC is part of Tribe Credit Analytics, the department responsible for building statistical models that support data‑driven decision‑making across the entire organisation.
- Planning and coordinating complex meetings with stakeholders inside and outside the team
- Setting up and maintaining a housing and floor plan to coordinate office days
- Supporting internal communication and monitoring the progress of cross‑team initiatives
- Length: Internship of approximately 6 months
- Startdate: September or earlier
- Hours per week: 24–36 hours

- Enrolled in a MBO4 or HBO related study
- English proficiency at C1 or C2 level
- Experience with office tools
- Affinity with data, analytics or business processes
- A proactive and service‑oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and a people‑oriented approach
