During this Internship, you will work on your career at Rabobank. Cluster Sustainable Housing focuses on propositions and solutions to help our customers in making their homes more sustainable. The cooperative insulation budget is a good example of this purpose: Rabobank mortgage customers can get free of charge custom made advice on the best possible sustainable measures, a formal energy label which is valid for 10 years, and a cashback of €500 when they implement insulation measures. Squad Treehuggers is responsible to develop and maintain the applications for this initiative.

• Analyse new and changing business processes and derive business, user and non-functional requirements
• Translate these requirements in feasible work packages for the development team
• Align with developers and architects on how the requirements should be implemented
• Facilitate the developers during the implementation process
• Be a sparring partner for the Product Owner and other stakeholders

• Period: 3-4 months
• Hours per week: 32

• Enrolled in a HBO/WO study in the field of Business and/or IT studies.
• Nice to have Azure / DevOps experience
• Proficient in English
• Familiar with Agile/scrum way of working
• Ability to understand, translate and break down complex content
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Hands-on mentality
• Confident with Business and information analysis
