During this Internship, you will have the opportunity to work on your personal development and contribute to the world around you at Rabobank. You will focus on your own growth in an environment where you continue to learn. In this graduation project you will be exploring how traditional research methods compare to AI-assisted approaches. Think of applications such as generating insights for financial products, test digital banking experiences using synthetic users, or even creating virtual personas.

This graduation project is based in Utrecht (hybrid), lasts 5/6 months and starts in February. You will be part of a talented UX research team within Chapter Design, collaborating closely with designers and focusing on impactful research topics. Alongside your work, you will have opportunities for training and development, and access to our intern community and inspiring events.

• Design and conduct experiments comparing traditional and AI-assisted research methods
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate effectiveness and gather insights
• Document findings and map out opportunities and challenges
• Contribute to future-proof research practices

• You are a Master’s student in Human Technology Interaction, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, (Cognitive/Behavioural) Psychology, or a related research-oriented field
• You have a strong interest in user research, AI, and digital innovation
• You are familiar with experimental design and analysis
• You are curious, analytical, and eager to explore how emerging technologies can impact users and improve research methods
• You have experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• You are fluent in English
