Looking towards the future

Our purpose is to empower people to stay a step ahead in life and in business. As a trainee in our International Talent Programme, you’ll use your talent and knowledge to create the financial sector of the future. You’ll receive intensive training and ongoing support to ensure that you can fulfil your true potential and make a real difference at ING. We’ll provide you with all the facilities you need to shine and create the impact that you can have on banking. Also, you’re given the opportunity to spend some time working abroad.

What to expect

We’ve set up an afternoon programme (as of 13.30 hrs) to give you the chance to get a complete view of this new track, ING and the challenges we are facing and of course your role as a trainee. Here’s a sneak preview of the programme:

• Get to know everything about the new Operations & Change traineeship and taste the ING culture
• Meet our colleagues and of course current trainees, who will tell you all about their experiences and challenges
• Deep dive in the Operations & Change traineeship and work on a real-life case
• And informal drinks to wrap up.

The inhouseday will be a step forward to get a place in the programme of your choice. After this event, you can finish the selection procedure in several weeks. If you want to start your track on 1 October 2017, make sure you apply as soon as possible after the inhouseday. If you would like to start in Spring 2018, the inhouseday will give you the opportunity to already get acquainted. Don’t hesitate… Jump on.
