At a glance

For our SAP Chapter we are looking for a SuccessFactors Engineer who is willing to take ownership of our SuccessFactors landscape in a complex, international environment. Predominately we work with SAP SuccessFactors, where the main modules in scope for this role are Learning Management System (LMS) and Recruitment.

A key part of the role is supporting and shaping the transition from SAP SuccessFactors RCM to SmartRecruiters as our strategic Applicant Tracking System. This includes integration management, impact analysis, and business-as-usual support during and after the replacement of RCM.

You will work closely with HR, IT, vendors and international stakeholders. Experience in large, regulated or enterprise environments (preferably ABN AMRO–like) is a strong advantage.

Your job

End-to-end ownership of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), including configuration, optimization and lifecycle management

Support and further develop SuccessFactors Recruitment during the transition from RCM to SmartRecruiters

Execute impact analyses related to the SmartRecruiters implementation and SuccessFactors changes

Manage and adjust integrations between SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters and other HR systems

Ensure stability and continuity of the HR technology landscape (business as usual / KLO)

Collaborate closely with international HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Execute generic IT hygiene activities such as integrations monitoring, security checks, access troubleshooting and system improvements

Working environment

You will work in a complex, international enterprise environment where HR technology plays a critical role. The team operates at the intersection of HR, IT and external vendors, and supports users across multiple countries.

The current phase requires a strong focus on stability, continuity and controlled change, alongside strategic initiatives such as the replacement of the Recruitment module. You will have the opportunity to shape standards, influence the HR technology roadmap, and act as a trusted expert within the organization.

Your profile

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Learning (LMS) and Recruitment
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters (implementation, integration or operational support) is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in international and complex IT/HR environments
  • Able to work independently and take ownership as a subject-matter expert
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
  • Experience in an ABN AMRO–like or regulated enterprise environment is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
