Senior Full Stack Developer - Advisor Assist

Do you want to build AI‑powered capabilities that support thousands of Contact Center Advisors during real customer conversations? As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you develop cloud‑native services that enable features such as automated call summaries, real‑time knowledge search and CRM integrations. Your work directly impacts customer experience and contributes to ABN AMRO’s commitment to sustainable and responsible technology.

You design, build and maintain the cloud‑native services behind Advisor Assist. You translate advisor needs into intuitive, reliable solutions and help scale our AI features in a transparent, compliant and responsible way.

• Build and improve backend services using Node.js and TypeScript in a cloud‑native environment
• Integrate Advisor Assist with CRM systems, knowledge platforms and conversational tooling
• Strengthen system reliability through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring
• Work closely with UX, Data Science and product teams to deliver user‑friendly solutions
• Contribute to responsible AI implementation by focusing on transparency, safety and explainability

Your work helps advisors support customers during important financial moments and contributes to more efficient and sustainable digital operations.

You will join an international, multidisciplinary DevOps team within the Customer Interaction & Conversational grid. The team includes developers, data scientists, data engineers and UX/product specialists from different backgrounds and nationalities. We collaborate closely, enjoy learning from one another and value experimentation and continuous improvement. We work hybrid, with at least one day per week in the office for teamwork and knowledge sharing. Must‑haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and Docker
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and monitoring

Desired

• Experience with Python for AI or automation
• NestJs and VueJS
• Affinity with LLMs, retrieval‑based architectures (RAG) or AI/ML applications

• Salary range: €57.342 – €81.917 per year (36‑hour workweek, Hay‑10)
