Within Central Data Office in the Data Management Grid solutions are implemented that enable accelerated data-driven decisions. As a Business Consultant you are the Product Owner’s sidekick and help translate the strategic vision to the functional implementation of the products and processes, with a strong focus on enabling the Data Users to use and adopt the Data Sharing Agreement features in the right way.

Your job

In the role of Business Consultant, you will help the Data Sharing Agreement team by performing analysis and helping discussions between different teams to facilitate delivery. You will also support the Product Owner in roadmap creation and communication towards stakeholder. The analysis tasks can vary from ad-hoc user requests and issues that need investigation, up to helping with new features workshops and testing.

Some examples of your responsibilities:

  • Determine process and application requirements for further improvements
  • Communicate and validate process improvements with stakeholders across the bank
  • Orchestrate the process of managing data sharing together with your team and various experts and stakeholders from both business and IT
  • Validate the input given by the various stakeholders
  • Create functional designs for the Data Sharing Agreement process including continuous improvement
  • Acting as 'single point of contact' in Data Sharing Agreement and your day-to-day work will include project management, business analysis and data management activities

With the following results (SMART):

  • New features are correctly described and understood by the relevant teams, backlog is properly reflecting the definition of done
  • The Data Sharing Agreement process is orchestrated and based on structured stakeholder management and transparent communication, resulting in stakeholders knowing what is expected of them and successful adoption
  • Data Sharing Agreement KPIs are defined and tracked with actionable insights

This is a central department of Innovation & Technology with a bank-wide responsibility for data management. You work closely together with the Business Stakeholders and users from all business lines of the Bank, and with advisors, product owners and other enthusiastic professionals in the Data Management Grid
