Lead marketer Fyndoo

Fyndoo is a software platform, creating end-to-end cloud lending software. Our mission is to close the lending gap. Our software offers full support for all process components of financing, from advice to payment and reporting. Our software is used by financial institutions worldwide and it is up to us as marketers to make Fyndoo even better known.

We are looking for a lead marketer, taking responsibility for shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You work in a team of 4 colleagues, which means that the work is diverse and the lines of communication are short. We work closely with sales colleagues to achieve our shared goals.

What will you do as a lead marketer?

The lead marketer supports the organization’s growth objectives by building brand awareness and driving marketing leads. You lead a small team of marketers and support our business development team to make sure the marketing leads convert to sales. We value existing customers just as much as new customers. You’ll be working with account management and delivery management to make sure our customers remain happy!

You are a real pioneer and enterprising. You see opportunities, creates them and has a problem-solving attitude. We also think it is important that;

• You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• You possess experience in B2B Tech marketing, preferably in Finance or Fintech
• You demonstrate broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels
• You completed a HBO or higher study in Marketing and Communications, Business Administration or other comparable fields.
• You have experience in managing mid-size marketing teams
• You have experience in building international presence and running high-growth marketing operations
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week
• You are fluent in English
