Business Consultant / Analyst Lending
Are you ready to be a part of the exciting changes happening in ABN Amro's Corporate Credit Landscape?
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about learning and developing their skills while designing future-proof end-to-end lending processes within Financing Solutions. ABN AMRO is committed to enriching and renewing the lending landscape by simplifying and accelerating processes to better identify customer risks and serve them transparently. As part of the Credits Capability Grid department, we are digitizing customer data and building a new central credit platform. Your role will be crucial in identifying business needs and translating them to our IT department.
If you are ready to contribute to the credit landscape of the future and be a part of our mission to serve our customers better, then we want you on our team. Join us in building a brighter future for lending!
We are looking for someone to design and continuously improve our new digital end-to-end lending processes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the future of lending.
You will be working for the Bank Assisted Lending Program (BAL) Corporate Banking, responsible for a new digital end-to-end customer journey. Your role will involve driving requirement gathering from end-users, such as Lenders, Credit Risk, Contracting, and Operations, and turning these into technical designs for our Salesforce credit origination platform. As the bridge between end-users and our developers, you will learn the end-to-end journey of corporate credits and the daily tasks of our end-users. In order to excel at this job, you need to be creative, good at stakeholder management, organized, empathetic towards users, like a challenge, and eager to learn about our software and processes.
Examples of day-to-day tasks include:
- Analysing services, business processes, information flows, user and system requirements to identify opportunities.
- Translating product roadmap features into concrete user stories by identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
- Creating visuals and clear documentation to develop a shared understanding of the topic and improve organizational learning.
- Supporting implementation, helping the development team to deliver quality by collaborating on test design and user acceptance tests.
We are excited to welcome you to our devops team within the Bank Assisted Lending Program. You will work closely with colleagues from other streams, such as Integrations, Business Implementation, Regulatory, and subject matter experts from departments such as Lending, Risk, and FR&R. Collaboration is key to our success, and we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. Every Tuesday, we come together for our Bank Assisted Lending office day, where we share ideas, insights, and progress on our lending platform. At the end of the day, we like to unwind with drinks and socialize. We also offer flexibility for you to work from home or in the office on any other working day. We believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential for you to thrive and succeed in your role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about devops, driven to learn and grow, and eager to contribute to our mission of shaping the future of lending. If you are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, then we would love to hear from you. Join us in making a positive impact on the world of lending!
As a problem-solver, you enjoy tackling complex challenges and providing structure to problems. You take ownership of challenges and can translate requirements into Salesforce functionalities in collaboration with our IT teams. You are a connector, building bridges and bringing others together.
We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and experiences, including those without professional working experience in banking. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and can bring a positive attitude to the team. We will provide you with the necessary training and support to excel in the role.
