You will be joining the Platform Network Enablement Team that is responsible for the Azure Central Network Infrastructure of ABN Amro.

For the Platform- Network Enablement Team we need a Senior Automation Specialist on the Microsoft Stack.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for Operating and Developing the Azure Network Infrastructure together with the rest of the DevOps team. The team works in sprints to deliver Business Value, they do this by development, scaling and improving the environment that consist of Azure components like (but not limited to) Express Routes, Virtual Network Gateways, Azure Firewall (Manager), DNS Solution on Azure. The team works closely together with stakeholders form other (on-prem) network teams, CISO NSS and A&PS to ensure we deliver the best connectivity solutions to our customers. Acting on monitoring, alerting and handing incidents is responsibility of the whole team and driven by a role that rotates every sprint to a different team member.
We are implementing Azure Cloud Services as a strategic platform in a DevOps and Agile way of working. The candidate will become part of the PCP Azure Engineering DevOps organisation.
Must have:
- Microsoft Azure certified Solution Architect (AZ-305) and/or Azure DevOps (AZ-400)
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps and proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. design and deployment of ARM templates, PowerShell and Bicep)
- Experience in create requirements for orchestration of application infrastructure and be able to translate it to Infrastructure as Code
- Team player with strong communication skills, strong security focus and is risk aware
- Affinity with traditional and cloud networking, growth mind-set and service oriented
Nice to have:
- Azure certification like AZ-700 and AZ-500 is a big advantage
- Experience and knowledge about traditional IT Infrastructure
- Experience and knowledge about Traditional (on-premises) Network Infrastructure like DNS, Routing, Proxy, WAN
- Experience in a Cloud Centre of Expertise (CCoE)
- Experience with the Agile framework and DevOps way of working
- CCNA/CCNP/CCSP would be nice
