Join our Client Unit Corporate Banking, where we drive strategic and regulatory changes to serve corporate clients. Our Business Implementation team strengthens our execution power and integrates key competencies to implement changes effectively. As a Business Change Manager, you'll work closely with Process & Control departments, client segments, products, and external stakeholders to manage the change process. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project/Implementation Management and Strategy/Regulatory Execution
• Proven expertise in overseeing complex change initiatives and managing change portfolios
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders
• Outgoing and adaptable personality, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and senior management
• Strong analytical and consultancy skills, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to translate holistic views into actionable plans
• Excellent presentation skills, conveying ideas and strategies effectively
