You are the Product Lead for Internet Banking: responsible for several Internet Banking teams & products (insurances, payments, products). As the Lead Product Owner, you know how to bring your vision to life and enable sustainable change. You find the right balance between the organization’s strategy and your expertise. You work at a level that goes beyond the Internet Banking department and are able to use your influence to bring about change. Together with your Product Owners (4 FTE, direct reports), UX (leads), IT (Leads) you define, execute & validate your continuous delivery.

You are responsible for:
- Defining & executing the vision and enable sustainable change together with your product owners and ensure an up-to-date product portfolio of the cluster
- Gain all potential from the digital channels to shift ABNAMRO’s operating model with high focus on continuous delivery & continuous learning
- Motivated staff who have the right skills to achieve objectives & key results (OKR). As LPO you are HR responsible for the Product Owners & responsible for their coaching and development
- Role model in the field of problem solving (solving root causes) and the bottom-up identification of (continuous) improvements.

The Digital Channels Personal Banking department is part of ‘Customer Digital Engagement’ within ABN AMRO. The initiates of our department, delivers, maintains and optimizes all digital journeys for consumers within the ABN AMRO App and Internet Banking (Business). The department helps build vision and strategy on digital transformation and journey development, for the entire bank. As a Lead Product Owner Digital Channels Personal Banking you are part of the Leadership team. Together with the Grid Owner (Head of), other Lead Product Owners, UX lead & IT leads, you form a team that facilitates, directs and performs the department.
We enable our teams to be the best they can be and to bring out the best in each other. We implement new ways of working that are appropriate for the situation. Our department consists of approximately 450 professionals from over 20 different nationalities. The working language within the department is therefore English. At the moment we work hybrid from home and for a few days at the Gustav Mahlerlaan in Amsterdam. DCPB works with a total of 45 blocks (Agile DevOps teams). each block is autonomous or has the goal to become this.

- 5+ years of experience in a Digital development environment, of which 2 years in a managerial position.
- Demonstrable experience as a Lead Product Owner or Product Owner or comparable role; managing complex innovative environments; Proven track record in digital transformation, conversational AI and digital assistants.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at different levels
- Ability to set up and further develop business partnerships with vendors
- Ability to form a vision and set priorities, so that the execution becomes visible.
- Strong analytical thinker with ability to deliver high-quality work in a structured, disciplined and time-conscious manner.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English (command of Dutch is a plus)
- Ability to operate in both strategic and tactical environments, accommodating for global-level needs
- Knowledge on how to work with business and IT-architecture, process design & - management, human resources policy and corporate values.
- Knowledge & experience with steering on Agile way of working and the SCRUM method.
