Your job

As Business Consultant (and Roadmap Manager), you support the Grid Owner in a wide range of strategic topics: strategy, visioning, KPI setting etc. and development and monitoring of the mid/long term roadmap in close alignment with Future Credit Domain (FCD) Office. Your activities include:

  • Lead strategy assignments, including visioning, deep dives, and workshops for Grid Leadership and domain-specific topics.
  • Organize content and create visions and roadmaps.
  • Draft strategic documents to enable the organization's maturity in "scaled agile."
  • Inspire, push, and facilitate teams to improve planning capabilities.
  • Provide insights into conflicting priorities and transformation sequences/dependencies across departments and teams.
  • Monitor progress and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Consider FCD scope, Lending Transformation, and regulatory aspects in strategy development.

Join our dynamic team at the Credits Capability Grid (CC Grid) within Lending Transformation! As a key member of the Leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in building and enhancing the credits product engine. In the CC Grid, we take pride in managing bank-wide credit-related shared capabilities, including Credit Facility Management, Distressed Client Management, Credit Risk Process Management, and Credit Risk Monitoring. With over 50 talented individuals, including (lead) Product Owners and Business Developers, we work hand in hand with the IT Credits department to achieve our goals.

  • You are an experienced consultant, with a strong delivery mindset and a hands-on mentality.
  • You are well capable to analyse and can well deliver your advice to a wide and diverse audience.
  • You are pragmatic and translate ideas into actions, you initiate and lead specific interventions.
  • You have a passion for creating the impact that ultimately benefits our customer’s experience.
  • Your way of getting things done naturally makes you collaborate across silos and you have a track record in mobilizing people throughout the organization.
  • You bring specific qualities, such as a deep understanding of the end-to-end credit processes and/or change management skills and/or communication expertise.
