You'll have lots of experience dealing with senior stakeholders at home, in NL and internationally and you'll bring your Design and Content creativity expertise to become a vital part of our business offering. Being a great team player, you'll take a key role as part of a matrix organisation that proactively creates strategic and tactical alignment as part of the One Bank Strategy.

Your job

As a Design and Content Expert IV, you will lead content creation projects and will design and constantly optimise the client engagement through all touchpoints with ABF and the bank. You will lead the content strategy and contribute to customer experience.

Capable of translating this strategy into clear standards in the area of CX, UX, visual design, motion design, information architecture, conversational and micro copywriting, and content management. You underpin and reinforce outside-in, client-centric service design thinking.

Working environment

You will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications. Based in Utrecht, NL with occasional travel requirements.

ABF located in Utrecht (the Netherlands), is internationally with operations in DE, FR, UK and NL. ABF is a B2B subsidiary of ABN AMRO and provides Leasing and Commercial Finance solutions.

The ABF Marketing Centre of Expertise delivers end to end marketing initiatives in NL both autonomously and collaboratively with the Bank marketing teams. We believe data driven insight enables creative, customer centric solutions that creates engagement and adds value. Your profile

You are driven to ensure we consistently offer our clients a personal experience in a digital age.

Competences:

  • Campaign and always on content production with stakeholder management
  • Customer experience expertise in assumption mapping and validation.
  • Distribution channel knowledge and expertise inc email marketing and social media.
  • Digital and Data, working with the team to ensure decisions are evidence based evaluation
  • Knowledge of developments and trends in the market
  • Knowledge of the design and content process and related methodologies
  • Skilled at stakeholder management


Soft skills (what you require)

  • A great team player who is experienced in working in a team as well as autonomously, maintaining a “big picture” overview
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for continuous improvement to achieve a clear client and commercial focus
  • Adaptability to change
  • Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile (service design) environment is highly desirable
  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent English, both verbally and in writing.

We are offering
