Your job

You will join asProject Manageron the Sustainable Finance Regulations(SFR) program within the SFR Core Team. This team is responsible for coordinating theSFR program: theimplementation of 18 Sustainable Finance regulations and various commitments.The program has various workstreamsacross the bank includingP&BB, CB, Wealth, Risk Management and Finance.You will also work closely with other stakeholders of the SFR program includingamongst othersRegulatory policies, Finance policies, Legal, Group Sustainability, Investor relations. Functionallyyou willbe a partofCentral Risk Managementwhich is a department within the Risk Management function. AsProject Manageryou will report to the Program Manager of the SFR project.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the program,including the followingparticulars:

  • Facilitating thedevelopment of program plan of approach andimplementationplans
  • Monitoring of progress against project timelineswithin the various dimensions of the project including regulations, workstreams and functional areas(e.g. data, systems)using internally developed tooling
  • Tracking ofprojectrisks and issues, dependencies on other programmesor business-as-usual activities andinterdependencies between workstreams
  • Ensuring high quality program progress reporting by workstreams support reliable and relevant reporting
  • Coordinating the preparation of reportingwith projectprogressandrisks for senior management
  • Monitoring the program governance to determine its effectiveness
  • Preparingand monitoringproject budgetsand overallresourcemanagement
  • Take a leading role in topics thatarecentrallycoordinatedwithin theSFRproject (e.g.upskilling, communication)
  • Preparinginternalpresentations tosupportproject meetings and communication drives
  • Coaching ofjuniorteam members within the SFR Core Team

Working environment

The Sustainable Finance Regulations (SFR) program is part of ABN AMRO’s Central Risk department. The program is staffed with a Core team that consists of project management, expertise on the SFR Regulations, training and data. The goal of the Core team is to support and enable the implementation of these regulations in cooperation with impacted Client Units, Finance, Risk.

Your profile

  • Universityleveleducation or proven ability to operate atgraduatelevel
  • A minimum of7years relevant project management / change management work experience
  • Affinity withimplementinglarge-scaleregulatory change initiatives, preferably infinancial institutions
  • Able to lead professionalsand manage stakeholders in a complex environment
  • You keep well informed of what is happening around you, acting proactively on events as needed
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a must; professional working proficiency (especially spoken) in Dutch is strongly preferred

We are offering

This role involves a gross annual salary (indication) between €65.000 and €85.000 (all-in - includiing benefit budget) based on a 36-hour work week. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Scaling based on knowledge, experience and equal pay.
