Your job

Your job is to design and continuously improve the digital end-to-end collateral processes. In your first project you will drive output to solve Discovery and Design requirements. You will do this in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to understand the current and future way of working. You then will refine user stories with technology peers, in an agile environment. To be able to do this - you have a good understanding of what drives the client and employee experience and you are aware of the latest innovations within banking and digital journeys. In general you identify business needs, regulatory needs, determining solutions to business problems and creating a better understanding on the steps to successfully execute change. You will work in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners, Designers, Credit Risk, Compliance and Regulatory partners to realize superior Collateral Management journeys with a fit for the future business needs and regulatory needs.

Amongst others this consist of:

  • Analyse services, business processes, information flows, user and system requirements, in order to identify opportunities;
  • Translate product roadmap features into concrete user stories by identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements;
  • Create visuals and clear documentation to develop a shared understanding of the topic and improve organisational learning;
  • Supporting implementation, help the development team to deliver quality by collaborating in the test design and user acceptance test.

FS is part of Corporate Banking and is the Credit Engine of ABN AMRO, providing clients from all client segments with the best suited credit solution. FS provides clients with lending exposures EUR >1mln of a credit advice via both standardized as well as expertise driven solutions, and services the corporate lending product portfolio for all exposures from a Grid perspective.

You will be part of the Credit & Collateral Lifecycle grid consisting of five teams (Bank Assisted Lending, Current Program Lending, Current non-Program Lending, Collateral Management and the Valuation Team). The grid is responsible for current and future credit processes and systems, including the credit origination systems KEM and Rapid, Bank Assisted Lending and the collateral lifecycle itself.

You will be working for the Collateral Management (COLLI) within the Future Credit Domain theme. COLLI is responsible for a new (regulatory compliant) set up of our Collateral Management lifecycle within the bank. We do this in cooperation with BAL (Bank Assisted Lending) who are responsible for the digital end-to-end customer journey for the credit process.

Your profile

You enjoy combining analytical challenges with business transformations. You can structure complex business topics. You take ownership of a challenge and are able to translate requirements into functionalities based on Salesforce together with our IT teams. You are a connector, building bridges and bringing others together. That’s who you are. We are looking for a professional with work experience in Banking. If you think your profile fits this list we are looking forward to meet you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
Skilled in analysing and structuring complex problems, identifying solution options and presenting your advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner;
Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder management;
Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, Agile software development and change delivery;
Knowledge of relevant banking processes and products (e.g., corporate lending);
Implementation experience for financial services projects;
nCino system knowledge or multiple years of Salesforce delivery experience is a plus, willing to learn and pass your exams on nCino Salesforce is a must;
Self-starter, positive attitude but critical look.
