• are in the possession of a Bachelor or Master degree;
• have a minimum of 2 years KYC experience;
• possess strong research and analytical skills;

• You are a Dutch reidence and have excellent communication skills and are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and/orEnglish;
• are flexible, stress resistant, self-motivated and eager to learn.

To expand the current team we are looking for professionals who wants to protect the company and the clients of financial economic crime. Specialists who wants to make a active contribution to protect the company from association with bribery, corruption, sanctions, terrorist financing and money laundering.

The KYC Organization supports the businessin meeting the KYC requirements and is primarily responsible for ensuring thetimely application of CDD processes to all new and existing clients to ensure that KYC requirements aremet. In addition, KYC Operations is responsible for supporting and advising the business on specificclient documentation and information requirements. KYC operations is also responsible for KYCmanagement reporting.In this role you will:

• perform CDD risk assessments for new and existing clients in line with the policy;
• gather all required client documentation to build KYC files that meet requirements;
• be able to identify (potential) customers that pose increased reputational risks for the organization;
• act as an advisor to the Lines of Service for KYC requirements;
• assist in the development of KYC training material and the delivery to training to target groups;
• investigate and follow-up of any events (such as adverse media, PEP and sanctions hits) thatcould impact a customer’s KYC risk profile;
• advise and support in the further development of KYC by identifying process and policyimprovements;
• adopt the KYC Operations way of working and contribute to the completion of the team’sworkload;
• support KYC Operations Manager by providing input for KYC management reporting;
• coach junior KYC analysts in performing CDD risk assessments.
