Within ICS IT, we're searching for experienced Appian and Mulesoft developers to staff our Center of Excellence Platform and Integration.

Your job

Focus of this team:
1) Improve Delivery: Accelerate the software development lifecycle of the value delivery teams by sharing best practices, tips & tricks in relation to the platform technologies (Appian and Mulesoft).
2) Consulting & Support: Ensure the adherence of the solution building blocks to the Aurora architecture principles/goals and provide a feedback-loop to the architecture board about technology/solution
fitment. Provide solution guidance, standards, and technology best practices to improve the quality and effectiveness of the value delivery teams. Centralized R&D capability to work for/with value delivery teams.
3) Quality Assurance: ensure, together with the Application Delivery Services team (ITVC), the implementation of the necessary quality gates/controls on the CICD pipeline in order to improve the
quality of the delivered software by the value delivery teams

Working environment

You’ll be working with the Center of Excellence Platform & Integration. The specific subject area and area of expertise of this CoE concentrates around the use and management of platform components Appian and Mulesoft; and how they integrate and work within the IT greenfield landscape as a whole.

Your profile

• You have earned your stripes solving difficult problems in multiple teams. That experience has shaped you into an expert developer that can help guide teams through the many challenges of modern software development.
• You are an example of what it means to be E-shaped, you live & breathe DevOps. You do what is necessary to achieve results, without being constrained by a traditional division of roles, tasks, development methodologies, or
• other sacred cows. You adapt your consulting style to the situation.
• Depending on conditions, you can take charge directly, and convince management or other teams of the way to go.
• You have an innate drive to improve yourself and your (practical) knowledge. We’re keen to hear what you have recently learned during a meetup or conference that you attended.
• At least 5 years experience working in software development and/or IT operations
• You are an expert in the Appian and/or the Mulesoft platform and all that goes with it
• Knowledge of (multiple) programming languages
• Up-to-date with respect to test automation tooling, security testing tools and strategies
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling
• Technical knowledge in Agile software development (Jira platform)
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms
• Collaborate with teams to streamline their product delivery and improve the performance through
• Technical and organizational solutions.
• Facilitate/Provide trainings and workshops, Experience in coaching software teams
• You’ve learned the ropes through trial & error, failure & experience
• Pragmatic and deliberate, with a strong vision
• Very skilled in communicating with IT teams as well as non-IT stakeholders
• A strong network that you can rely on for questions and solutions
• You are familiar with SAFe
