Your job

You will work in your own DevOps block (scrum team) on developing and maintaining good quality and future proof IT solutions. This includes:

• Educating yourself with the right technical capabilities and the latest innovations
• Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining communities and events. Furthermore, focus on proper knowledge dissemination across the teams, pushing the limits of our technology and focusing on holistic solutions.
• You make sure your code is safe, secure and working. You are open to feedback on your code and open to learn from peers and your Chapter Lead.
• Finding solutions to new challenges
• You understand the why and how of API’s and like to think along how to improve.
• You have interest in the product landscape traded within Global Markets

Working environment

The Financial Markets Grid is the financial heart of the Bank. The cluster Markets provides access to the financial markets with a wide range of services and solutions for risk management, capital market products, investment products and financing products. Our clients are institutional investors, multinationals and private banking clients. You will be working within the Value chain FX within the grid financial markets.

We are very ambitious and keep on exploring / implementing new technologies / solutions in order to reduce manual work and speed-up processing and reporting time in good collaboration with our stakeholders. We have embraced an agile way of working where we strive towards a flat organisation with self-organising teams which have the autonomy to make quick decisions and are end-to-end responsible. Your profile

You feel at home in a technical environment and you keep your knowledge up-to-date with latest technologies. You love working on (Java) Technologies to find the best solution. Do you think you are a fit? Check your profile:　

• Advanced knowledge of Java 8/java 11, Concurrent programming, REST API
• Experience in programming using Spring Boot
• Very good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
• Good skills in writing Unit and Integration Tests using: Junit, Mockito
• Good knowledge of relational databases, e.g. Azure SQL
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery Tools: Azure DevOps, GitLab
• Knowledge of Micro-Services architecture
• Preferable - experience in working with Azure in large scale environments using Azure services such as App Service, Function Apps, Storage, Key Vault
• Experience with FIX protocol will be a plus
• Experience with (scaled) Agile way of working (preferably)
• Knowledge and interest of financial markets and its clients base, products and services　
• The right attitude towards collaboration, exploration and getting-things-done
• Solid Critical thinking and Problem Solving skills
