Your job

As Project & Process Enabler you are part of the IT Office and are in co-operation with the IT Leadership team (ITL) and other (IT) stakeholders. You can work independently in co-operation with your colleague, are responsible for collecting and structuring data into clear management information, and you are responsible for various supportive tasks to optimize our IT department. You will be part of a team of 6-10 professionals, consisting of Management Consultants, Risk & Compliance, Integrators and Agile coaches. You have your own responsibilities, but you achieve your goals in close interaction with the colleagues around you.

You will support the Director IT and the ITL:
• Responsible for preparing, optimizing and merging IT documentation, for regular governance bodies, such as MT meeting, project board and risk committee;
• Responsible for the minutes and actions that result from these meetings;
• Develop and establish the project portfolio (portfolio management);
• Polish information decks in terms of content, lay out and overall quality;
• Support in organizing and facilitating periodic offsite sessions.

You will support the IT Department:
• Optimize the communication strategy and assist in executing;
• Organizing and facilitating various IT events, such as cross-sectional knowledge sessions and quarterly meetings;
• Provide a flawless onboarding and offboarding process;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT coworkers, to strengthen collaborations and mutually beneficial opportunities;
• Ensure project management standards are applied across the IT domain;
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to support a high performing organization;
• Other PMO tasks.

You will run (ad hoc) projects that match your talents and growth ambition.

Your profile

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience with a project management office role at larger organizations;
• You have a proactive mindset and a “can do” attitude;
• You have good communication skills within different levels of an organization;
• You have experience of working in an Agile environment;
• You have solid stakeholder management skills, especially with senior colleague’s;
• You have good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
• You are fluent (verbally and written) in English. Dutch is useful to have but not necessary.

• A competitive salary; €37.939 - € 54.201 (scale 8 ABN AMRO ) depends on the relevant work experience;
