Your job
As a (Jr.) Marketing Manager you will develop new propositions for the SME market. You will improve and launch daily banking products like credit cards, banking accounts, and debit cards for the Dutch SME market. Starting with a new payment proposition for a segment specific niche market.
In order to be successful, you will perform market research to deliver with new data-driven propositions that will delight our prospects and tap into new markets. You are a strategic marketeer and eager to learn the tricks of proposition development. Starting off with the development of your own proposition for a niche market, you will grow into a proposition lead with the main KPI’s of market share growth and NPS improvement. You coordinate the improvement of full customer journeys and can identify and prioritize the needs to build on your KPI’s.
Together with a team of specialists, you determine the content of your new propositions, design the sales funnel with our UX leads and align with e-commerce on the sales strategy. Your stakeholder field is diverse and growing and you will learn how to navigate the ABN AMRO organization to launch winning propositions.

Your profile
You graduated in marketing and/or communications and have a few years working experience in the field. Now you are looking to specialize in product marketing and proposition development. You know the value of a good brand and you are eager to improve ABN AMRO image and grow our product offerings.

Working environment
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are one of the growth segments we focus on as part of our strategy. Your team will be part of the segment development team of our client unit Business Clients and Ecosystems. Together with your colleagues, you will grow the SME market share. You report into the project lead and will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team that consists of digital designs, customer experience experts, product owners and market researchers.
