What are your main tasks and responsibilities?

In this role, you’re a platform engineer, and a data engineer. You work together with your team and other CISO teams on developing the domain datastore frameworks, capabilities and blueprint.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implement the necessary features of our Domain Datastore;
• Work on our CI/CD pipelines to keep our frameworks and capabilities properly integrated and in line with bank standards;
• Provide operational support for problems and incidents;
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge;
• Together with the team and product owner plan and refine the team’s program increments.

What do we expect from you?

You must have:

• Good scripting capabilities in Python and firm understanding of API’s;
• Good understanding of building and maintaining YAML pipelines and declarative infrastructure;
• Experience the Azure components like: Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake Storage, Azure Functions, Application Gateway;
• Experience orchestrating data by using robust data pipelines including monitoring and self-healing;
• Experience in data extraction, transformation, clean-up and modelling;
• Good understanding of data warehousing;
• Analytical skills and experience with debugging software, performing impact, root cause analysis, and structural solutioning.

Additionally, we’d prefer if you have:

• Experience working with stakeholders and functional requirements and translating these into technical implementations;
• Have good understanding of Azure security features, logging and monitoring services;
• Experience working in complex (e.g., regulated and/or enterprise) environments.
• An EU working permit is required for this position.
