Your job

• As a Specialist in the German Corporate Lending team, you are supporting in building and maintaining strong, sustainable long-term credit relationships with a special focus on mid-cap corporate clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• You are preparing credit applications presenting to relevant internal credit committees, identifying and mitigating potential risks, undertake ongoing portfolio management and execute upcoming deals
• This includes pitching to clients, structuring and execution of debt financings, negotiation of documentation and coordination within internal and external parties
• You are working in close collaboration with Client Coverage in Germany and amongst others Corporate Lending Europe, Loan Origination, Syndication and Risk Management in the Netherlands

Your profile

• Academic level with more than 3 years of work experience with a proven track record in corporate banking, structured finance or credit risk management
• Good expertise in financial modelling as well as in managing the credit process

• Knowledge of the lending product range
• You are a team player, act mindful and collaborative within and across teams and communicate effectively
• You have a solution driven approach, you understand problems and opportunities and design solutions
• You are entrepreneurial with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to deliver high quality results on time
• Fluent English and German, written and spoken
