Junior Account Manager APAC

ABN AMRO Clearing (AAC) is a global firm that provides an integrated suite of financial services to professional trading participants in the global financial market. Our core service offering consists of execution, clearing, financing, stock borrowing and lending, settlement and custody.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality services to AAC clients throughout the APAC region. You will be the first point of contact for clients and responsible for ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. You will also help refine the Account Management function to better improve the service we offer to our clients. This role is a permanent full-time role.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure all client queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all aspects of client queries are attended to, and follow up until resolution
• Responsible for daily oversight of client accounts
• Assist the business grow sustainably by identifying solutions to problems in order to scale operations
• Provide feedback on Account Management/Operational related topics to different stakeholders, including senior management
• Develop policies and procedures to help the team operate efficiently across the region

Role Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline
• 2+ years of Client Service experience in the financial industry
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with various stakeholders
