Your job

The short term challenge for you is to improve the data quality and to enable rapid access to credit data.

Key responsibilities:
• Create and enforce policies for effective data management.
• Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.
• Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
• Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company standards.
• Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses.
• Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications.
• Assist with reports and data extraction when needed

Your profile

With your curiosity for data, tech and digital in general, you know how to estimate the effects of data on our business and the customer. You understand the data needs of the various internal customers and present your solutions in a convincing way and with impact. Sounds like a fit? - Relevant working experience in Lending or Finance Regulatory Reporting
- Relevant working experience as a business analyst/ process manager/ data steward
- Higher educational (beta) background.
- Knowledge of data management processes; you’re familiar with different types of data stores, data structures and data models
- Used to work in an agile work environment.
- You take ownership of your product, team objectives, but also mistakes and failures.
- You think outside the box, love to experiment & adapt and apply a streetwise mentality to challenges.
- You can quickly organize workload effectively, are solution-oriented and generate predictable output.
- Skills: Problem solving, critical thinking, great team player, entrepreneurial mindset.
- a Dutch residence permit

Plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Coding skills in MarkLogic, Python
- Understand what data is required for regulatory reporting
- Dutch language skills (or currently learning)
