As a data-analyst working student, you’ll be working on different use cases. Under every single use case lies a unique information need. This will ask from you to introduce various talents. You will find opportunity to develop your abilities in business interaction, code development, visual design, data engineering and much more! You will do all this together with a highly motivated team and truly committed stakeholders. Although a standard approach is available, all those involved are dedicated to a mindset of flexibility and curiosity. Meaning there will be plenty of room for you to bring your own focus and creativity. Some example use cases could be: Can we predict if and when our clients consider switching banks? Can we use analytics to identify bottle necks in our client onboarding process? Can we use market or social media data to improve our product offering?

ABN AMRO has laid out multi-year Data Strategy called “Unlock the Power of Data”. But we are currently only one year in since its first inception in 2021. Given that, here lies the once in a life time opportunity to firsthand experience an end-to-end transformation of a big international organization towards a fully digital corporate. The things you will learn being part in this will help you and your personal data journey immeasurably.

You are:

· Minimal 3rd years HBO Bachelor student in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Engineering or Technical Business Administration or a similar field.

· Able to work independently on projects

· Able to show a good analytical skillset

You have knowledge of:

· Dashboarding in PowerBI (or other relevant dashboard tooling)

· Data visualization

· Spreadsheet Tooling Excel

And further:

• Have affinity with the financial sectors

· Good English verbal and writing skills

· Take responsibility, you are self-organizing and take initiative

· You are a team player with a sense of humour.
