Tikkie is seeking a motivated Business Process Management Intern to join our young and dynamic team in Amsterdam.
As an intern, you will help design and build our maturity model, gaining hands-on experience with Tikkie’s way of working. You will analyse current processes and frameworks and contribute to a standardized assessment tool that supports continuous improvement across the organisation.
This internship offers the opportunity to work independently with a high degree of responsibility while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
As a Business Process Management Intern, your responsibilities include:
- Analysing existing end to end business processes together with stakeholders across the organisation
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and clarity
- Supporting the documentation and maintenance of processes in our BPM tooling (ARIS)
- Assisting in the design and documentation of new processes for upcoming initiatives
- Aligning regularly with process owners and other stakeholders
- Documenting your way of working, lessons learned, and recommendations
You will be part of Tikkie, a digital payments platform within ABN AMRO where you wil collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to design, improve, and maintain clear and effective end‑to‑end processes that support product development, operations, and compliance.

This is a hybrid internship. You are expected to work from the office at least two days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
- Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO program in Business Administration, Information Management, IT, or a related field
- Strong interest in process optimisation and organisational design
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and structuring your own work
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Available for approximately 5 months – start and end date can be flexible
- Enrolled in a Dutch educational institution for the full internship period
- A personal work laptop
- Monthly internship compensation of €750
