The UK Legal team is involved in a huge variety of work, and you may be expected to assist in any of the areas that we advise on such as lending, financial services regulatory, corporate, commercial, data protection, litigation or employment. The kind of tasks that you might assist with could include reviewing documents on lending transactions or commercial contracts entered into with the bank’s suppliers or carrying out legal research on new or existing laws or regulations.

What are we looking for?
- Penultimate year undergraduate student interested in a career in law. It is not necessary to have studied or be studying law.
- Enthusiastic individuals with a pro-active attitude.
- A motivated interest in Financial Services.
- Ability to communicate clearly and comprehensively with a variety of audiences.
- Solid IT skills; proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to read and digest large volumes of information demonstrating attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving and analytical skills.
