Econometric Career Days

The ECD is the largest on-campus career event for econometrics students in the Netherlands. It connects students and companies during seven days filled with activities starting with the Grand Opening on the 12th of November. The Econometric Career Days are the perfect opportunity to get in contact with various companies, to expand your network and explore all the posibilities that are ahead of you.

The activities of the ECD range from cases, presentations, two trainings, a masterclass and off-campus activities to socials drinks, informal events and a company dinner. The ECD is topped off with a closing drink and is open for all Econometrics students of Erasmus University.

The events during which you can meet potential employers are the following: 

• Cases
  Get to know what what it is like to work at a company when participating in one of their cases. You will work on a (simplified version of a) problem they have dealt with, that is representative for the work they do. To end, there will be a lunch or drink at which you have the opportunity to ask all of your remaining question. Find out here what cases will be given during the ECD 2019. 
   
• Informal Events
  Get to know one or multiple companies in a more informal setting. Have lunch or dinner with employees that can answer all your questions and give you plenty of information, while enjoying good food and drinks. Find out here what informal events will be hosted during the ECD 2019.

  Learn more about a company and its activities while also hearing stories from employees. Join a company presentation and receive more information about the daily acitivities of a company and the exact work they do. Find out here what presentations will be given during the ECD 2019.
