As a trainee in our International Talent Programme, you’ll use your talent and knowledge to create the financial sector of the future. You’ll receive intensive training and ongoing support to ensure that you can fulfil your true potential and make a real difference at ING. We’ll provide you with all the facilities you need to shine and create the impact that you can have on banking. Also, you’re given the opportunity to spend some time working abroad. What to expect

We’ve set up a full day to give you the chance to get a complete view of ING, the challenges we are facing and your role as a trainee. Here’s a sneak preview of the programme:

• Taste the ING culture and get to know everything about our traineeship
• Meet our colleagues and of course current trainees, who will tell you all about their experiences and challenges
• Deep dive in one specific track of the traineeship and work on a real-life case
• And of course, an informal closure of the inhouseday.

Before applying for our inhouseday, please choose the track that meets your ambition and skills best. You can choose from seven different tracks: Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Finance, Risk,Information Technology, Operations & Change or Human Resources.
