ING Bootcamp 2 day Traineeship Experience 2015

During the ING Bootcamp Traineeship Experience we’ll provide an in-depth look into our banking operations – from Commercial Banking to Retail Banking, Risk Management to IT.

Furthermore you will get the opportunity to closely get acquainted with the direction of your interest within the bank. This is the way to find out in 2 days what ING has to offer you as a future employer and what to expect from the ING traineeship.

The ING Bootcamp: 2 days Traineeship Experience takes place on 7 & 8 January 2015 and the location of the ING Bootcamp is in and around Amsterdam. Transport, hotel, meals and drinks will be provided within the programme.

Meet our Senior Management 
Participate in a dialogue session with our Senior Management by questioning them about the challenges they are currently facing. There is plenty of time to share your ideas. 

Real life business cases
Working on challenging cases and get an in-depth view about what banking at ING is all about. Topics like Risk Management, how to close a deal in Commercial Banking or the challenges in IT will all be part of the exciting programme during the ING Bootcamp. During the cases it will all be about giving advice, solving dilemma’s, and working with quantitative and qualitative data, work out various scenario’s and of course working together.

Deep dive in one specific track of the traineeship
Get the opportunity to take a deep dive into one specific track of your preference. During this deep dive you will get the chance to learn more about the specific track of your interest. Have a conversation with managers and trainees on the work floor about content, their work and get a feeling about what it would be like to work there.
