A completely new team at the heart of Rabobank's mission to ensure seamless Business Continuity Management for CITO. Embedding a culture of adaptability and robustness throughout our organization. Aiming to ensure that our critical operations can withstand and recover from any disruptions, maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

For this new team we are looking for a BCM Awareness expert to join the new CITO BCM team. CITO BCM will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective Business Continuity Management within CITO departments and guide the strengthening and maturity of the CITO organizational resilience.

• Design and coordinate a BCM and organizational resilience awareness program across the CITO domain.
• Monitor, evaluate and report over the awareness program.
• Develop, implement and execute a BCM/organizational resilience communication plan.
• Develop and deliver BCM/organizational resilience communication means.

In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

• Several years of experience in Business Continuity Management or related domains
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in developing and implementing security or BCM awareness programs and training materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey security awareness messages and training.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

This role requires excellent and hands on experience with developing and implementing a communication/awareness plan from A-Z.
