Job description:
An exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team within FEC Sanctions department responsible for designing and developing the Sanctions landscape within Rabobank with the goal to reach the maturity targets with the aim to be best in class.
You and your job
The strategic design team is responsible for the design and develop of strategic Sanctions proposals so that the right decisions can be made. Lead or contribute to initiatives that enable Sanctions to reach their maturity targets with the aim to be best in class. Support and facilitate the high priority initiatives within Sanctions, including sharpening objectives, resolving blockers and maximising benefits realisation. Make a difference by making sure, we as a bank ‘do the right thing’ now and in the future.
Your job will focus primarily on the administrative and content support of the ongoing initiatives and preparing for future initiatives.

Top responsibilities:
- Facilitate global cross-team initiatives by keeping track of ongoing workstreams, aligning with key stakeholders, coordinate work on the relevant documentation, planning road maps for initiatives, etc.;
- Prepare slide decks for the sanctions MT and stakeholder meetings, helping visualize goals, background, scope, achieved milestones, responsibilities, impediments, etc.;
- Assisting the team in fulfilling its future-proof ambitions by coordinating and aligning the intake of new initiatives.
- Align with stakeholders from inside and outside the sanctions domain, acquiring and assessing their feedback, input and contribution;
- Keep track of progress on current initiatives within the team, preparing regular status updates and ensuring that agreed follow-up actions are executed;
- Work along on the Sanctions initiatives that the team is responsible for or involved in;
- Keeping track of the team backlog;
- Updating Azure Devops, reflecting goals, tasks, progress, impediments, workstream owners and completed items;

You and your talent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 – 3 years work experience within Sanctions;
- Experience with senior stakeholder management and high organisational sensitivity and integrity;
- You are involved in the department and know exactly what is going on;
- Proactive, identifies opportunities for improvement
- Eager to learn more on the sanctions topic;
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
