Are you the Business Analyst we are looking for? Working in a challenging and international environment to enable the bank to provide relevant financial services to our clients. To support our Area in making the Account & Payment process a success and to improve the customer experience?
You and your job
As a Business Analyst within the area Loan Products & Payments (part of the Financing tribe), you work in a squad that processes applications for our wholesale and rural customers to improve the overall customer experience. For this job, we seek a Business Analyst to support the Area in making the Accounts & Payments processes successful.
The Wholesale & Rural (W&R) domain within IT Systems supports wholesale and rural banks across the globe. W&R is divided into 3 tribes: Markets & Treasury, Financing, and CBD (Clients, Bankers, and Data services). Within the Financing tribe, the Loan Products & Payment area will focus on product development and the delivery of large programs like executing the Core Banking Transformation (CBT) program and Credit Default Data. We will make it easy for our clients to do business with the bank and for our colleagues to service them by focusing on simplified operational processes, data value creation, automation of risk controls, and driving (digital) innovations. The area works closely with strategic programs within other domains to realize the bank’s digital transformation.
This all will contribute to the W&R objectives to become a genuinely client-centric bank by enhancing customer experience, reducing costs and operational risks, easing implementation of regulations, increasing efficiency, and the ability to innovate.
You can be a key success factor in meeting Rabobank's digital ambitions for Wholesale and Rural customers. As a Business Analyst, you will ensure that solutions are designed, built, and tested thoroughly in the broader corporate banking landscape.

- capturing and drafting priorities for requirements together with the product owner;
- combining one or more (technical) specialties with the ability to translate strategic goals into innovative solutions;
- contributing to your team by doing other tasks from a T-shape perspective.
