As a regulatory and supervisory expert, you’re in the lead to coordinate CITO’s obligations towards the supervisor and support the implementation of new laws (e.g. DORA, AI Act). This requires strong stakeholder management skills as you’ll align with senior management within all lines of defence, and with Rabobank’s supervisors. You’ll be challenged to turn their views into streamlined, actionable plans that shows CITO is demonstrably in control of its Supervisory & Regulatory requirements.

You and your talent
- 5-8 years of work experience. Practical experience in facilitating the implementation process (no legal services or similar).
- Regulatory & Supervisory Expertise: Demonstrated strong skills in regulatory adherence and supervisory engagement, with a proven track record of coordinating regulatory and supervisory requirements within technology-driven environments.
- Organizational Acumen: A good understanding of complex organizations, with the ability to navigate and influence the multifaceted dynamics of a global bank like Rabobank, particularly within its Chief Innovation and Technology Office.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a knack for aligning various stakeholder needs and integrating their input into effective change strategies, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying challenges within the regulatory & supervisory process and creating innovative, actionable solutions that drive organizational improvement.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to contribute creatively to the strategy and design of regulatory & supervisory activities, bringing forward-thinking ideas to enhance risk management surrounding these activities.
- Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and teams, providing support and coordination in the implementation of their plans, underpinning the success of regulatory and/or supervisory governance.
To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.

- a gross monthly salary between € 5.115,- and € 7.307,- based on 36 hours per week in scale 10.
- 13th month and holiday pay: The holiday allowance and annual allowance are usually paid in 12 equal monthly installments. Once a year, employees have the option to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
