Business Analyst OAM

A salary between €4300,- and €6100,- gross per month this means upto €100.000,00 per year incl all benefits based on 40 hours (scale 9).

Via the website or the app. One of the ways in which the Tribe Digital Platform, which rabobank wants to realize, is a content platform for all content worldwide. And as a business analyst, you are the linking pin for the realization of that project!

For the Tribe Digital Platform we are looking for a (Senior) Business Analyst. Together with the squad and your most important stakeholders, you create new features and processes for Rabobank's websites and app.  

You & Your function

As a (Senior) Business Analyst you are responsible for topics where you lead and guide changes at process level from the kick off to the go live moment and the aftercare. You are the connection between the squad and other parties involved; these can be other squads, the business or other stakeholders. In addition, you help team members and other analysts within your department to develop themselves by giving feedback within the right setting

Your top 3 responsibilities

• Together with stakeholders, team members and architects, determine the end-state of each product and process. Identifying possible gaps with the existing process and devising and implementing solutions for this.
• Prepare and supervise the most important meetings such as kick-off, deep-dives, process tests, etc. in terms of content.
• Stakeholder management, so that the decisions taken are supported by the future users and it is clear what the consequences will be of the new way of working.

You & your talent

• At least an IT-oriented completed bachelor or master education or 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst
• You have experience in the financial world  and preferably in User Authorizations / User Access Management.
• Excellent communication skills and willing to take the lead if the situation requires it
• Substantive experience in stakeholder management and analysis techniques for preparing the work of the team
• Affinity with online platforms such as corporate websites and related IT landscapes and processes
• You have an affinity with improving and innovating processes
• Experience with setting up data-driven processes and customer-oriented thinking
• Working with deadlines and working towards results appeals to you
• You speak and write English at a high level, understanding/speaking Dutch is a nice to have
• You have experience in the financial world  

A salary between €4,292 and €6,131 gross per month means up to €100,000 per year, including all benefits, based on knowledge and experience for a 40-hour work week (scale 9).
