Reporting Specialist TM

Transaction Monitoring (TM) identifies, investigates and reports (signals, alert handling & case management) transactions indicative of money laundering and/or terrorist financing. Aside from the remediation programme, TM manages a number of changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of controls and processes as well as stay in line with new regulations e.g. AML-Regulations.

Responsibilities

• As a Reporting Specialist TM, you will assist in building reports that deliver reliable operational and risk-based steering information for the external and internal reporting of Rabobank in the TM reporting function.
• You will support the team in gathering and validating data from different sources, investigating and solving inconsistencies, compiling reports, and analysing movements in the numbers.
• Participate in projects, solve data quality issues, create process descriptions, and implement process improvements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Actively maintain relationships with various stakeholders and support the team in meeting their requirements.

• Bachelor degree;
• At least 1,5 years of working experience in a similar job;
• Experience in building reports with Power BI
• Affinity with the applicable regulations, both locally and internationally;
• being able to deal with networks and stakeholder management;
• analytical skills, proactive, independent, customer and result oriented;
• excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

This is what we offer you

• Salary between €3,179,- and €5,300,- gross per month based on 36 hours a week (scale 7 or 8, grading depending on knowledge and experience).
• An additional 13th month and 8% holiday pay.
• An extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out. 
• A combination of working from home and at the office.
