Scrum Master within Tech4Ops
As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for leading at least two squads, facilitating their scrum events, removing impediments and coaching them to improve efficiency. You remove obstacles or guide the teams to remove obstacles themselves. But the scrum framework is not where you stop. You also coach the Area Triangle (leadership) & team on product, technology and people (behaviour). Besides that, you help the entire Area to grow and reach the next stage of their maturity. You identify trends and recurring themes and taking appropriate actions. So next to the more instrumental role (impediment remover, facilitator) the Scrum Master is the change agent (coach, mentor) as well as the servant leader (focusing on team & organizational needs). The Scrum Master challenges the squads in it’s behavior and improvements with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization's values, principles, and business objectives.
As Scrum Master you personify Scrum and Agile, bridging the gap between conceptualizing and actioning ideas within your squads and the Area. You support the Product Owners & Solution Architects in helping them define valuable product goals in combination with effective product backlog management. In addition, you are dedicated to maintaining a healthy and creative team environment so teams are able to deliver valuable products.
Together we achieve more than alone
We believe in the power of difference. Bringing together people's differences is what makes us an even better bank. We are curious about what you can bring to our team within Tech4Engineering. You'll be working in the Area Tech4Ops which is working towards ZeroOps, enabling teams to spend near-zero time on operating their software in production — particularly for the remediation of availability, performance, and security risks and incidents. By doing so, we contribute to keeping the bank stable and secure.
