You and your job
Shape the bank’s design transformation, grow our design competency while collaborating with the designers, researchers and strategists from the design team and with the specialists of Tribe Payments and Savings. As a designer for tribe payments and savings you will work on a wide range of projects. Projects that have a direct impact on all our customers. You will join a design team that works on strategic topics such as fraud and new payment options.

• Optimize existing customer journeys by gaining new insights from data and validations.
• Create flows for new products and services that millions of customers use every day.
• Inspire the business with market insights so they can make the right choices in the direction to take.
• Work together in a design team of 7 designers, where you realize projects individually and together.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Align with internal stakeholders about our design way of working and priority setting. Be point of contact for the development teams. Execute design team assignments, and strategic projects.
• Work together with other designers and be responsible for all steps in the design process. If necessary, you involve other designers and specialists to help you with this.
• Validate your own work with mock-ups, prototypes and usability testing. 

You see the challenge in working with complex user interfaces and you are both a structured strategic thinker and a creator of pixel-perfect designs.

You and your talent

• 6+ years of experience as a  Designer, UX/UI designer and/or interaction designer with experience in complex environments
• You confidently take responsibility and ownership of design projects while being able to translate complex problems into simple and intuitive solutions;
• You conveniently manoeuvre through large organisations and know how to get support for your ideas and concepts; 
• Pragmatic, and wants to get better every day  
• You have know-how of design and prototyping tooling like Figma, as well as a strong background in ideation and design research methods;

This is what we offer you

• € 4.331,42 up to € 6.186,37 gross per month (scale 9) 
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance 
• A personal development budget of € 1,400-
