Tribe Credit Analytics

Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining credit risk models for regulatory capital and business uses for Rabobank globally;
Employs around 700 colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds and countries;
Credit models built by Tribe Credit Analytics are used across Rabobank globally.

You and your job

Area’s RMM and RSME two of the Portfolio areas and is responsible for the design and ongoing improvement of the RSME and RMM models are used within the Dutch retail banking and our regions worldwide.

As a Scrum Master within these area’s you are part of a rapidly evolving & changing technical landscape within Tribe Credit Analytics.  In your role as Scrum Master, you will:

  • Be the Scrum Master of multiple squads and develop a clear understanding of the  purpose and goals of the Tribe Credit Analytics and its areas;
  • Grow high performing squads with a high engagement that are able implement complex and cross functional initiatives;
  • Organize, participate and contribute  to area (and tribe, when necessary) rituals;
  • Coach and support the Product Owner with backlog management and stakeholder management;
  • Coach your squads to continuously measure and improve their performance and impact;
  • Help the squads in creating a save environment where members feel free to give and receive feedback;
  • Coach individual squad members in their personal development and Agile maturity;
  • Be the sparring partner for the area leadership for improving the maturity and quality of our Agile organization;
  • Understand cultural differences and know how to bridge them;
  • Are able optimize the usage of Azure DevOps to manage work and dependencies;
  • Strive with your squad to improve predictability, reliability and transparency;
  • Support events on Area level and contribute to the Scrum Master guild within the Tribe.

  • You are the first responsible for creating a collaborative and productive working atmosphere and healthy team dynamics;

You and your talent

  • Minimum bachelor level;
  • You have a broad knowledge of technology, feeling for delivery and supporting teams in this environment.
  • You have experience in the Credit Analytics environment, with a preference for the Corporate area.
  • You are interested in learning more about those topics and sharing this knowledge with your colleagues.
  • You are proactive and pragmatic. You look for opportunities for continuous improvement. Your empathetic personality enables you to build strong relationships with people, coach them and mediate conflict situations.
  • Experience with DevOps, Spotify, LeSS or SAFe is a plus.
  • You are fascinated by the dynamics of cross-functional teams and the power of co-creation. You enjoy processing group feedback and wisdom to engage in inclusive decision-making.
  • Analytical mind-set able to continuously improve services;
  • At least 1 year of experience with DevOps teams (as developer, tester or BA) and 2 years of being a scrum master;
  • Experience with security and compliance aspects of system development and maintenance
