At a glance

The Model Risk Management Oversight (MRMO) team executes, enables and facilitates key elements of the Model Risk Management framework. The MRMO team also manages the MAG (Methodology Acceptance Group), the risk committee in which decisions on models are made.


We are looking for a strong analyst with an entrepreneurial mind who can manage the MAG for the Market Risk and Financial Economic Crime models. You will have strong exposure to senior management and a multitude of stakeholders to manage. Your job

As secretary risk comittee you will have key responsibility of the MAG, consulting with stakeholders agenda items and organising the meetings in concordance with amongst others the regulatory agenda. You ensure decisions are well-informed and agreed by the required MAG members, ensure time-keeping, capture the discussion and decisions, and ensure that any further actions are captured. In order to successfully perform this job you'll need good organizational skills as you will be acting as the secretary for the Risk Committee.

You work within the Risk Management departments of the bank, specifically within Model Risk Management. This department consists of ~55 specialists in a very international and diverse environment. Your profile

  • Bachelor or University degree is preferred.
  • Several years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.
  • Good understanding of (model) risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Independent and proactive.
  • Able to manage deadlines while delivering high quality work
  • Full business proficiency in English.

We are offering

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above on our careerpage is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
    • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
